At Minotaur Mantle, each of our legendary items is crafted upon your order, making every piece unique to you. Because of this, we do not hold inventory, and all products are produced in collaboration with our trusted production partners as needed.
As fellow adventurers place orders with us, we commission our artisans to bring these items to life, ensuring high quality and attention to detail in every creation.
That said, be on note that:
Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of product delivery.
Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you have ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. Please ensure you select the correct options before completing your quest at checkout.
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, we will gladly offer you a replacement or a refund—and you can keep the item as a token of goodwill!
To initiate this process, please contact our support team at support@minotaurmantle.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide a clear photo showing the issue, and we’ll work swiftly to resolve it.
If multiple items are affected by the same issue, please include a photo (or video) showing all affected products together for confirmation purposes.

If you insist on returning your product for reasons not covered above, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
